These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and dn880 ("dn880", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at dn880.net. In the event that a player is found to be under the age of 18, dn880 will immediately close the account, void all wagers and bonuses, and take all reasonable steps to return deposited funds to the payment source from which they originated — less any amounts already wagered, which will be forfeited.

To access the full range of dn880's casino and sports betting services, you must register for a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh for the purposes of SMS OTP two-factor authentication.

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the dn880 platform. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and a general term in this section, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following general conditions apply to all dn880 bonuses:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at registration or during the KYC process.
• Registering or operating more than one dn880 account simultaneously or sequentially under any identity.
• Using the platform on behalf of any third party, whether or not that party's identity is disclosed.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the source code of any dn880 game or platform component.
• Using any VPN, proxy server, or IP-masking service to circumvent geographic restrictions or conceal your true location.

dn880 employs real-time fraud detection, session monitoring, and pattern-analysis tools to identify prohibited conduct. Where a breach is confirmed, dn880 reserves the right to take immediate and unilateral action including, but not limited to: account suspension, permanent closure, withholding and forfeiture of balance, and disclosure of relevant information to financial crime authorities.

All casino games available on the dn880 platform are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules governing each individual game — including payable combinations, minimum and maximum bets, RTP percentages, and special feature mechanics — are determined by the respective game studio and are accessible from the information panel within each game's interface.

• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or declared a no-result, all pre-match single-event bets will be voided and stakes returned. Accumulator bets involving an abandoned match will be re-calculated excluding the voided selection.
• In-play bets accepted and confirmed before the official conclusion of a market are binding regardless of subsequent abandonment, unless the abandonment occurs before the in-play market's stated settlement point (e.g., a minimum number of overs completed).

• Maximum payout per single bet slip on any cricket market is ৳500,000. Accumulator maximum payout is ৳1,000,000. These limits may be adjusted for individual accounts at dn880's sole discretion.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome or settlement of any game or wager, the player must contact dn880 support within 72 hours of the disputed outcome. dn880 will investigate and respond within 5 business days. dn880's decision on all game and settlement disputes is final.

A player may request the voluntary closure of their dn880 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, dn880 will process any pending withdrawals to the verified payment method on file, cancel any active bonus wagering requirements (without payment of the associated bonus balance), and permanently close the account within 5 business days.

Players wishing to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — are urged to clearly state this when making the closure request. Self-exclusion requests are processed as a priority (within 24 hours) and result in immediate suspension of platform access, removal from all marketing lists, and a minimum 6-month exclusion period during which re-registration is not permitted.

dn880 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment instruments.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Instruction from a financial institution, regulatory authority, or law enforcement body.
• Prolonged account inactivity (12 consecutive months with no login or wagering activity).

Where an account is closed by dn880 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the verified payment method on file after deduction of any amounts owed to dn880. Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus play will be forfeited in their entirety. dn880 will not be liable to the player for any consequential losses arising from an account closure carried out in accordance with these Terms.

Inactive accounts (no login for 12 consecutive months) are subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100, deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the player re-activates the account. Players will be notified by email before dormancy fees commence.
